Need help marketing my new business.?

What is the most effective way to market to large insurance companies in CA providing worker’s compensation investigative service? Are there leads I can obtain to market my business and what type of marketing source could I use these days?

Should I send brochures, send emails, contact them directly; any suggestion would be appreciated greatly. Thank you.

It depends what it is you are trying to sell – products and services, for example, need marketing in very different ways. For example, if you are in the service sector then advertising may not the most effective tool for filling the pipeline.
